Watson allegedly parked behind a restaurant in the area of Mundy Street and Route 315, where he sexually assaulted the girl inside the vehicle, and again somewhere in the West Hazleton area. Investigators believe Watson forced the girl back into the Volvo and drove around, forcing her to smoke marijuana and consume alcohol, court records say.
