Maggie Votteler has served as a leader in the substance use/mental health field in South Florida for the past 10+ years as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for an inpatient detox facility, COO for an outpatient medication assisted treatment clinic, as well as Regional Director of Operations for an in-home addiction program. It is her hope that the presence of foundational behavioral healthcare facilities will make a difference not only in the lives of the patients that it treats, but also provide an opportunity for educational discourse, awareness,Īnd an overall understanding of behavioral healthcare in the community in which it serves. Gilbert’s contributions are not only apparent within the behavioral healthcare industry but her actions have also reached the local community in an impactful and meaningful way.
